CT Trooper, Sergeant Placed On Admin Duty As State Probes Use Of Force Case: State Police Connecticut State Police have placed a trooper and a supervising sergeant on administrative duty as state officials investigate a high-speed pursuit last fall that ended with an intentional vehicle collision. “A motor vehicle pursuit in which a CSP Trooper may not have complied with the Statewide Pursuit Policy is under CSP review,” state police said in a statement.  The incident occurred in the Troop E area.
