Interstate 83 has reopened several hours after a crash in Central Pennsylvania. Part of Interstate 83 was shut down due to a multiple-vehicle crash on Tuesday, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The crash closed I-83 northbound between Exit 19 to Market Street and Exit 21A to Route 30 East/Arsenal Road. The crash was reported at 6:42 a.m. on Oct. 4. More than a dozen cars and were involved in a "chain-reaction" crash that injured multiple people on the Mass Pike in Brimfield this week, authorities said. State Troopers responded to the crash involving multiple tractor-trailers and cars on I-90 East in Brimfield around 11:20 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23, Massachusetts State Police report.
