Traffic was moving again on Route 4 in Paramus after a vehicle fire shut down part of the highway during the morning commute on Wednesady, July 15, but backups lingered well after the flames were extinguished. Video shared by JerseyTalks on Instagram shows a vehicle engulfed in flames in the eastbound lanes near Plaza East, just east of the Route 17 overpass.
