Cause Of Death Revealed For Missing Autistic Teen Found In Susquehanna River In Dauphin County The Dauphin County Coroner has confirmed how 15-year-old William Peters III died after his body was found in the Susquehanna River following a massive search. Troopers confirmed Peters’ body was recovered around 12:21 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, in a campground area near the Millersburg Ferry. On Thursday, Sept. 18, the Dauphin County Coroner’s Office ruled that Peters died from an accidental freshwater drowning.
