Assemblyman Frank Skartados Hospitalized In Serious Condition Frank Skartados, longtime Assemblyman for the 104th District, has been hospitalized with a “serious illness” and is “not expected to recover,” according to his Chief of Staff, Steve Gold. Gold did not comment on the illness, but did say on Thursday that the circumstances are "very sad and that he is surrounded by family."
