A Pennsylvania man is headed to prison after he tried to frame his neighbors for attempted homicide — and kept a handwritten “to-do list” of how to pull it off, authorities announced on Tuesday, June 18. A request for a possible death penalty sentence has been filed against one of two men who were arrested in connection with the arson and double homicide of two victims in central Pennsylvania by the Cumberland County district attorney's office.
