A new commercial freezer donated to SUNY Westchester Community College is expected to expand access to frozen, nutritious meals for students and their families in Valhalla. Fifteen children with severe psychological and behavioral issues have been removed from a Northern Westchester residential treatment center which has sparked controversy among town leaders for unsafe conditions.
