A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually abusing a minor under the age of 12 in Manassas, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Manassas resident Chalillo Rosalio Perez Perez was taken into custody following a months-long investigation into an alleged sexual assault in July 2024 involving the child. A state judge tossed out a White Plains neighborhood group's lawsuit seeking to block the proposed 640-student French-American School of New York on the former Ridgeway Country Club.
