Verizon Salesman, Old Bridge Resident Guilty Of Stabbing Man In Neck: Prosecutor
A 35-year-old Verizon door-to-door salesman was convicted on Wednesday, March 26, of stabbing a man in the neck in 2022 in Ocean County, authorities said.
Michael Tsamas, a Laurence Harbor resident, was found guilty of aggravated manslaughter in the death of Joseph Delgardio, a Jackson Township resident, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said. Tsamas was also convicted of multiple weapons charges, Billhimer said.

Portable Radios Stolen From Norwood EMS Building, Suspects From Another Squad Charged
Three emergency medical workers with another squad broke into the Norwood EMS building and stole three portable radios, authorities charged.
Two of them, Antonio Guinta, 26, and Frank Ballante, 19, both of Norwood, have been with the Moonachie First Aid & Rescue Squad a little over a year, said Franklin Smith, the squad’s captain.
The third defendant, Anthony Olsen, 47, of Laurence Harbor was an observer who’d recently been with a squad in South Jersey, Smith said.

Paterson police scooped up local dealers and out-of-town buyers alike in a quick-strike response to calls from citizens who feared for their safety amid open-air neighborhood drug dealing.
Narcotics Division detectives emerged with 11 arrests and nearly 600 bags of heroin and crack Friday after targeting Hamilton Avenue between Summer and Lake streets, Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale said.
They also seized $7,133 in drug proceeds, he said.
