Two Connecticut residents — including a 17-year-old boy — are among four people accused of kidnapping and violently assaulting a victim who was allegedly held against their will inside a New York home. The disturbing incident began on Saturday, May 31, when troopers received reports of a possible kidnapping in Clinton County.
