Kenneth Brown, 39, remained held Monday in the Bergen County Jail, pending a first appearance Monday in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, following his arrest early Saturday. Man Tampered With Gas Lines, Endangering Residents In Hyde Park Building, Police Say A Hyde Park man has been arrested for allegedly endangering all of the residents of an apartment complex by tampering with the gas lines. Kenneth Brown, 27, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 24 after Hyde Park Police were first called to the Arbor Apartments on Hook Road on Wednesday, Jan. 16 for a reported odor of gas, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson.
