Kelly Closes A picturesque restaurant on the Hudson River in Westchester run by an award-winning celebrity chef has closed, officials announced.  X2O Xaviars on the Hudson, located in Yonkers at 71 Water Grant St., is closed as of Sunday, Sept. 29, Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano said on Friday, Oct. 4.  According to Spano, the eatery, run by Chef Peter X. Kelly, ended its 20-year license with the city before closing.
