DUI, Suspended Driver Kills Bridgeton Bicyclist: Njsp A Bridgeton man riding a bicycle on Interstate 676 was struck and killed early Sunday morning by a woman who was driving under the influence and on a suspended license, authorities said. Victor Owens, 39, was riding south in the left lane of I-676 in Camden when he was hit from behind by a Nissan passenger vehicle, around 1:37 a.m. on Sunday, July 27, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan said in a release. The Nissan was being driven by Charlene Wingate, a 60-year-old woman from Blackwood, who police say failed to remain at the scene. Pedestrian Killed On I-676 In Philadelphia, Troopers Say An unidentified man was hit by a car and died on Interstate 676 in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, May 15, authorities say.  State police said the man walked from the right shoulder into the left westbound lane near Exit 1.5  around 4:15 a.m. He was struck and thrown back into the right shoulder where first responders found him fatally injured, troopers said.
