A sprawling Maryland industrial complex spanning six buildings and more than 275,000 square feet has changed hands in a deal backed by $37 million in financing. Ammendale Technology Park in Beltsville was acquired by Miami-based Adler Real Estate Partners, with commercial real estate firm JLL announcing on Thursday, Oct. 22, that it arranged the financing for the purchase. An overnight fire at a coffee shop located in a sprawling Rockland County industrial complex prompted a large emergency response after flames spread into the roof area of one of the buildings, fire officials said. The blaze began at 2:34 a.m. on Friday, May 22, at Stack Street Coffee at 55 West Railroad Ave. inside the Garnerville Industrial Arts Complex, where crews responded to an automatic fire alarm activation, according to the West Haverstraw Fire Department.
