More Than 50 Complaints Filed Against City's Police In 2019 More complaints were filed against Worcester Police officers last year than 2018. Still, it was fewer than the average number of complaints filed with the city. At a Human Rights Commission meeting Monday. Sept. 14, Worcester Police said that there had been 53 complaints made against officers in 2019, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. There were 44 in 2018.
