Woman Caught With Suboxone, Marijuana In Pleasant Valley Stop A 28-year-old woman was busted with suboxone and pot during a traffic stop in Pleasant Valley by New York State Police. Princess C. Armstrong of Gloversville in Fulton County was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 3, by troopers from the Poughkeepsie barracks after being stopped for numerous traffic and vehicle violations, said Trooper AJ Hicks.
