Beloved Port Chester Village Employee Dies Suddenly: 'True Ambassador' A community in Westchester is mourning the sudden loss of a senior center employee who dedicated herself to caring for others and organizing activities to make her home a better place.  The untimely death of Nina Jones, a well-known staff member at the Port Chester Senior Community Center, was announced by the village on Sunday, Nov. 10. Her age and cause of death were not made public.  According to village officials, Jones was "an integral member" of the center and worked to "make each day in the center a great one" for seniors. Covid-19: Northwell Offers Antibody Testing At Long Island, Queens Churches Free antibody testing for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) virus is being provided by Northwell Health at multiple places of worship on Long Island. Northwell Health announced that it will continue antibody testing for the virus at a total of six locations in Suffolk County and Queens, in collaboration with the state’s Department of Health and area pastors. Brian John Foster Dies At 61, Greenwich Native And Youth Sports Coach GREENWICH, Conn. — Brian John Foster, a Greenwich native and youth coach,  died peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 2, at Greenwich Hospital. He was 61.  He was born Jan. 30, 1956, in Port Chester, N.Y., and was raised in the Chickahominy section of Greenwich.  Foster attended Hamilton Avenue School, Western Junior High School and Greenwich High School.  He was an avid and competitive athlete who excelled in multiple sports throughout his life.
