Man Faces Felony DWI Charge After Crash In Northern Westchester
A 37-year-old man faces a felony DWI charge following a crash in which he was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road without a court-ordered ignition interlock device in Northern Westchester, police said. Carlos Venegas of Brewster was arrested after Pound Ridge Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on Autumn Ridge Road in Pound Ridge, said Chief David Ryan. A 33-year-old woman is facing a DWI charge after she was spotted by police in New Canaan swerving across the double yellow line on Main Street with her emergency hazard lights flashing on Thursday morning.
