A woman was arrested for alleged felony DWI Leandra's Law in Rockland County after police received calls of a possible intoxicated driver. The incident took place around 5:40 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, when Ramapo Police responded to the call regarding the motorists on the Orange Turnpike in the Village of Sloatsburg. Monticello Man Accused Of Groping 11-Year-Old, Sharing Porn With 16-Year-Old
A pair of investigations into alleged sexual assault led to the arrest of a 19-year-old man who allegedly had inappropriate contact with two minors, groping one of them and sharing porn with another. It is alleged that last year, Roger Wong, of Monticello, inappropriately touched an 11-year-old girl in Monticello, according to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office. In the Town of Thompson, he is also allegedly sent inappropriate pictures to a 16-year-old girl through a text message. A 36-year-old man with a prior conviction is now facing a felony DWI charge in Westchester, police say. New York State Police say they initiated a traffic stop on I-95 in the town of Harrison after observing a driver commit a violation on Monday, Oct. 21 around 5:30 p.m. The driver, identified as Liam McGuire, of Mamaroneck, was found to be intoxicated, according to police. A convicted felon has been put behind bars after police say he was caught with an assault rifle in Northern Westchester. Yorktown Police say officers responded to a report of a domestic incident at an East Main Street residence on Sunday, July 7 around 6 p.m. The on-scene investigation revealed that Michael Mosher, 38, of Yorktown caused more than $1,000 in damages to a flat screen television by throwing it to the ground, police say.
