At 8:27 p.m., a BMW sedan driven by Trevon Johnson was traveling westbound on County Road 645 when it veered off the roadway to the left and struck a tree, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for New Jersey State Police said.  As a result of the crash, Johnson sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said. Their name has not been released.  Police closed the middle and right lanes of I-95 for hours as they cleaned and cleared the scene.  Massachusetts State Police are investigating the crash.
