A coroner was called to the scene of a crash on Route 11 on Wednesday morning, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation spokesperson Fritzi Schreffler. Authorities in Hampden County have identified the victim of a fatal crash last week on I-91 as a 15-year-old boy. State police were called to the crash site around 4:30 p.m. near northbound Exit 5 on July 2, authorities said.
