Town Of Newburgh 19-Year-Old Drowns In Home Pool
A 19-year-old Hudson Valley man died after being found unresponsisve in a home pool. The incident occurred in Orange County around 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 15 on Meadow Streeet in the town of Newburgh. According to Lt. Matthew Nadolny of the town of Newburgh Police, when patrol arrived, they found they found the teen unresponsive in the pool. Officers were able to pull him from the water and began life-saving measures. Toddler Falls Into South Jersey Pool, Airlifted To Hospital: State Police
A toddler was airlifted after falling into a pool in Buena Vista Township, authorities said. Troopers responded to a possible drowning of a child at a home on Bellavista Avenue at around 5:50 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 11, a state police spokesperson said. The three-year-old had fallen into the pool before troopers arrived. The child was airlifted to a hospital for medical treatment. The toddler's condition wasn't known as of press time. State police also said the incident remained under investigation.

Officers were called to Penbryn Wildlife Management area for two missing swimmers around 2:45 p.m. Monday, Aug. 5, Winslow Township Police Chief Donald Lemons said.
