A 37-year-old Dover police officer pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography on Tuesday, June 17, authorities said. Anthony Kelly, a Ledgewood resident, has been suspended without pay since the charges were brought last November, Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll and Chief of Detectives Robert McNally said. A 20-year-old man posted naked photos of children under the age of ten to Google Photos, police say. Hayden L. Howard of the 1000 block of Eden Road in Lancaster, as arrested after an investigation into CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children was sent to city police.
