Prosecutors: Developers Bribed Westchester's Percoco Through Shell Company
Joseph Percoco, the Northern Westchester resident and former top aide to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was paid by a "shell corporation," according to prosecutors in his bribery trial.
