A Peeping Tom caught on camera carrying a ladder in Northern Westchester is on the loose and police are asking for the public's help in identifying and finding him. The Bedford Police is currently investigating a suspicious incident/trespassing that occurred at a residence on Cliffside Lane in Bedford Hills on Wednesday, Jan. 2, at about 8:20 p.m., said Bedford Police Lt. False Luring Alarm: Teens Offered Kids Candy As Joke, Montvale Police Say
MONTVALE, N.J. -- Two strangers who offered candy to children in Montvale over the weekend were a couple of high schoolers "making an inappropriate joke," authorities said. The report emerged Monday morning of a suspicious incident in Montvale on Sunday.
