A 9-year-old boy mortally wounded an 11-year-old boy during a fight over a Nerf Gun, according to a release by Pennsylvania state police. The fight happened while the two boys were playing with the Nerf gun at a home in Randall Road in Ridgebury Township, Bradford County on Saturday around 10:30 p.m., according to the release.
