A Dutchess County man accused of committing an armed robbery in Orange County was arrested after leading detectives on a chase through several backyards and over multiple fences, police said. Poughkeepsie resident Carlos Diggs, 38, was arrested following the robbery on Thursday, Oct. 22, the City of Newburgh Police Department announced on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
