Police Seek To Speak To Car Break-In Victims After Suspects Nabbed
Connecticut State Police from Troop A-Southbury and the Southbury Police Department are seeking to speak to victims of car break-ins in the Roxbury and Southbury area. On July 15, 2018 at approximately 6:20 a.m., troopers responded to Southbury Road in Roxbury after a resident reported that two black male suspects were rummaging through his vehicle in his driveway, however when seen, the two suspects fled in a silver sedan. New Warning Issued After More Car Break-Ins Reported In Ridgefield
Police in Ridgefield are cautioning local residents to be sure their car doors are locked and valuables removed following newly reported incidents of car break-ins. The Ridgefield Police Department issued an alert to residents following multiple reports of money being stolen from parked cars that have been cropping up in recent weeks, including an incident where a credit card and hundreds of dollars were stolen from several cars on Old Sib Road driveways last month.
