Westchester health officials say Legionnaires’ disease cases continue to climb, with a new cluster of infections identified in one of the county's cities. Three days after hazmat crews were called to the York County Judicial Center, the facility has been scheduled for re-opening at 8 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, authorities say.
