Mahopac Man No-Shows Court Appearance, Yorktown Police Say A 36-year-old Mahopac man was arrested and charged with bail jumping after police say he failed to show up for a court appearance. James Hosford was charged with bail jumping in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor after police pulled him over for a vehicle and traffic infraction and discovered an active warrant out for his arrest Wednesday.
