Multi-Vehicle Crash Causes Gridlock On PIP
This story has been updated. There was gridlock on a stretch of the Palisades Interstate Parkway near the Rockland/Orange border after a multi-car crash Sunday afternoon. The crash occurred just before 3 p.m. on the northbound side at the Anthony Wayne Rec Area (Exit 17), causing stop-and-go delays to Exit 16 (Lake Welch Drive).
