A Maryland man known as the “Garri Master” is accused of ordering mutilations, murders, and kidnappings in Cameroon while living comfortably in Gaithersburg, federal investigators announced. Eric Tano Tataw has been federally indicted for allegedly financing and directing a violent separatist campaign in Cameroon from his home in Montgomery County.
