The pedestrian who was struck dead in Montgomery County on Sunday morning, Oct. 13, has been identified, the Montgomery County Coroner's Office told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Oct. 16. Joseph Mastromatto, 35, of Hilltown Township, died from "blunt impact injuries," the coroner's office told Daily Voice. His death was ruled "accidental in nature."
