The Borough of Spotswood and Spotswood Board of Education recently lost $3 million in a cyber scam, Mayor Rich O'Brien announced Wednesday, Nov. 12. The Spotswood Board of Education and the Borough of Spotswood sent $4.8 million in two separate wire transfers in mid-September and last month, Mayor Rich O'Brien said.
