An unresponsive 2-year-old child died at Holy Name Medical Center after being brought there from a home in Bergenfield early Sunday evening, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella confirmed. The little girl drowned in a bathtub, a source with direct knowledge of the incident told Daily Voice. 2-Year-Old Girl Shot Dead In Philadelphia Home: Police
A 2-year-old child is dead after being shot in the head by a teenager in a Philadelphia home on Thursday, July 27, city police confirmed to Daily Voice. It happened just before noon in a second-floor bedroom of a home on the 1600 block of North 29th Street, the department said. The girl was taken to Temple University Hospital by private car where she was pronounced dead at 12:33 p.m., according to authorities. Toddler Struck In Emerson
A tragedy was avoided when a 2-year-old child playing on a scooter in the street was struck in Emerson by a vehicle backing out of a driveway, responders said. A neighbor on Dogwood Lane shouted, getting the driver to stop, shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, Police Chief Michael Mazzeo said. The child had cuts and bruises on her head, face, chest and arms but was conscious and alert when taken to Hackensack University Medical Center, responders said.

2-Year-Old Drowns On Memorial Day In Maryland
A 2-year-old child was pronounced dead Tuesday, May 31 after drowning in Elkton over the holiday weekend, CBS2 says citing the Cecil County Sheriff's Office. Lifesaving efforts were performed on the child at the home on the 300 block of Kirk Road around 5:20 p.m., Monday, May 30, the outlet said.
