Registered Sex Offender From Bestiality Case Makes Move To Yonkers
A former Rye building superintendent who pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual acts with a dog and was forced to register as a sex offender, has reported a move in Westchester County. Kujtim Nicaj, 49, who pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony, a class C violent felony, and one count of sexual misconduct, a class A misdemeanor has reported a move to Rigby Street in Yonkers.
