Three New York prison guards formally confessed to beating an inmate and then conspiring to hide the abuse from investigators. Brandon Montanari, 34; Rohail Kahk, 28; and Michael Williams, 38, each pleaded guilty to depriving an inmate of his rights in Syracuse federal court on Wednesday, April 23. New update: A 24-year-old New York woman who was missing for several days has been found. Oneida County resident Madelyn Fiore, age 24, had last been seen leaving her town of Marcy home at around noon Tuesday, Oct. 3. Fiore took off without her cell phone and failed to show up to work or her college classes, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
