Murphy Signs Laws To Investigate Why NJ Electric Bills Are So High As New Jersey families brace for higher energy costs, Gov. Phil Murphy has signed two new laws aimed at holding regional grid operator PJM Interconnection accountable for what officials call opaque practices that have driven up electricity prices.
