The operator of several sober living homes in Cape May County has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting one of his residents, according to authorities and published reports. Brian Leach, 53, who lives in the Cape May Court House section of Middle Township, was arrested following an investigation into allegations of sexual assault, Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey Sutherland and Middle Township Police Chief Tracey Super said. Bergen Prosecutor: 'Helping Hand' Continues To Reach Opioid Addicts
HACKENSACK, N.J. – More than three dozen heroin users arrested in Bergen County over a four-day period got more than summonses to appear in court: They were each also offered the opportunity to connect with a recovering addict who could one day help save his or her life.
