Beloved Mother From Ossining Dies At Age 51 A beloved home health care aide and mother from Northern Westchester is being remembered for her willingness to care for those most in need in addition to her joyful nature.  Ossining native Annette Perez died on Wednesday, July 19 at the age of 51 after a battle with cancer, according to her obituary.  Born in Valhalla in 1971, Perez graduated from Ossining High School and went on to work with Atria Senior Assisted Living, where she helped those who needed assistance most.  She also eventually became a home health care aide, which is what she loved to do most of all, h…
