A Dutchess County inmate has admitted to possessing a homemade metal weapon inside Fishkill Correctional Facility and now faces more prison time, prosecutors announced.
Michael Ramirez, 28, pleaded guilty on Thursday, April 10, to first-degree promoting prison contraband in connection with the incident, the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office said on Tuesday, April 15.
