Coastal Flood Advisory In Effect For Parts Of Eastern PA, Meteorologists Say The heavy rains that are flooding roadways in New Jersey and grounding school buses in New York are impacting parts of eastern Pennsylvania as well, according to the National Weather Service.  Meteorologists say areas east and northeast of Philadelphia — including Bucks and Northampton counties — could see up to six inches of rainfall by 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29.  A coastal flood advisory is in effect for Philadelphia, Delaware County, and lower Bucks County, NWS says. Four Including Baby Missing, Three Dead In Bucks County Flash Floods The Bucks County coroner has provided an update into last night's flash flood rescue and recovery efforts. As of Sunday morning, July 16, the bodies of two females and one male who had been swept away in the flash floods had been recovered from areas across Upper Makefield, Coroner Meredith Buck and Upper Makefield police said. Four people ranging from 9 months old to 62 years old remained unaccounted for. Police and fire were able to rescue one woman who was trapped in her vehicle. Stormy Friday: Homes Hit By Tree In Glen Rock, Lightning In Ramsey Lightning ignited a fire when it struck a Ramsey home, a tree crashed into a Glen Rock house and flash floods were reported throughout North Jersey during Friday's thunderstorm. The Glen Rock tree fell through the lower roof of an unoccupied Austin Place home. No injuries were reported. Municipal officials ordered the home evacuated. Glen Rock police and Hawthorne firefighters responded.
