River Dell Teacher With 'Wall Of Shame' Loses License After Mocking Special Needs Student
A former Bergen County teacher lost his New Jersey teaching certificates after state officials found he mocked a special education student by imitating the student’s voice and mannerisms in front of others and asking humiliating questions in class, according to a final ruling from the New Jersey Commissioner of Education.
