More than four dozen Long Island high school students were among the 300 that were chosen as semifinalists at this year’s prestigious Regeneron Science Talent Search (STS). Keric Roach of Springhurst Elementary School in Dobbs Ferry is the New York State winner in the National Bonnie Plants Cabbage Third Grade Cabbage Program which calls upon student to grow a colossal cabbage.
