Student Hospitalized In Charles County After HS Fight That Start Over Social Media: Sheriff
One student was hospitalized on Tuesday afternoon during a pre-arranged fight at a Charles County high school, the sheriff’s office announced. Two students at the Robert D. Stethem Educational Center threw down in a classroom on Tuesday, Feb. 21 that resulted in one being transported by an ambulance to a hospital for treatment of what were described as "minor injuries." A GoFundMe set up to help with funeral expenses for a Pennsylvania girl who died while participating in a TikTok challenge has been removed. Nylah Anderson, 10, was found unconscious in her Chester bedroom on Dec. 12 after trying the "Blackout Challenge," which encourages participants to hold their breath until they pass out, Daily Voice previously reported. Police Bust 55 New Jersey Teens Partying At Vermont Vacation Home
Vermont State Police busted 55 New Jersey high school seniors drinking at a house rented by parents early Sunday morning, authorities said. The teenagers had "a vast quantity of alcohol and a civil amount of marijuana" when troopers arrived at the West Hill Road home at 12:35 a.m., in Jamaica, V.T., Sgt. Ryan Wood said.
