Manchester Motorcyclist Killed In Crash Was Criminal Justice Major With 'Exuberance For Life'
Connor Nolan, a 20-year-old Manchester resident who was killed in a motorcycle crash last week, loved "feeling the freedom of the open road," according to his obituary from the Silverton Funeral Home website. Nolan was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle struck a bicycle, causing him to lose control and be ejected from the vehicle, Manchester police said. A graduate of Ocean County College, Nolan is being remembered for his “exuberance for life” according to his obituary. Man, Teen Hospitalized After Crash At Manchester Township Intersection: Police
A Manchester Township man was airlifted and a teen boy was significantly injured in an evening crash, authorities said. Manchester police responded to the intersection of Ocean County routes 547 and 571 at around 6:19 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 3, the department said in a news release. Two cars sustained heavy front-end damage in the collision. Officers found a blue 2004 BMW facing south in the intersection's northeast corner and a white 2022 Nissan Altima on the side of County Route 547. A Manchester Township man will spend decades in prison after a series of antisemitic attacks in Ocean County that injured five Orthodox Jewish men, authorities said. Dion Marsh, 29, was sentenced on Tuesday, July 23 to 40 years in prison, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. WESTWOOD, N.J. -- (UPDATE) A 77-year-old Westwood woman remained in serious but stable condition Tuesday after being struck by a sedan driven by an 86-year-old River Vale woman, authorities said.
