Bomb Threat Briefly Locks Down Hackensack Middle School A bomb threat forced a lockdown at Hackensack Middle School during dismissal on Thursday, March 20, according to a statement from Hackensack Public Schools. Police responded to the Union Street building after the threat was received and immediately began an investigation. “We have received a bomb threat during dismissal time,” district officials wrote in a message to parents. “As a safety precaution, the building is currently on lockdown, and Hackensack Police are on the scene conducting an investigation.” Parents were urged not to come to the school while police worked to secure the area.…
