PA Ambush Murder Suspects Caught In New York: Marshals
The three men accused of an ambush-style killing in Norristown last month were arrested by US Marshals in New York on Wednesday, Jan. 31, officials say.
Damon Brantley Jr., Daquan Allen, and Jerry Butler were taken into custody in Endicott, some 10 miles west of Binghamton, around 8 p.m., authorities announced.
Investigators believe the trio shot 35-year-old William Carter dead after a gunpoint robbery on West Wood Street on Jan. 20. Three suspects rushed Carter, who was visiting a friend's house on Powel Street, while walking to his car, authorities said previously.

Man Peered Into Morris County Apartment Window While Woman Was Changing Toddler, Police Say
A NY man was arrested after police say he peered through the window of Morris County apartment while a woman was changing a toddler’s clothes.
Elmer Alarcon-Guerra, 30, was seen looking into a window at Eagle Rock Apartments in Budd Lake while a woman was changing the toddler’s clothing on March 3 around 8:30 p.m., Mount Olive police said.
Alarcon-Guerra, of Endicott, NY, then tried to move up against the wall to avoid being seen, police said.
The woman contacted police and the man, who fled in a silver SUV, was tracked down a short time later and placed under arrest, authorities said.

Pedestrian, 60, Struck, Killed Near 'Spaghetti Bowl' In Wayne
A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday night near the Wayne “spaghetti bowl,” authorities confirmed.
John Baranski, 60, of Endicott, NY was struck by a 1998 Honda Passport in front of the Ramada Inn on eastbound Route 46 -- near the interchange with Routes 80 and 23 -- shortly before 10 p.m., they said.
He died a little over a half-hour later, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Wayne Police Chief Jack McNiff said in a joint release Thursday.
They didn't say what he was doing in the roadway.
