NJ High School Vice Principal Dies Suddenly, 54 Edward "Ed" Forman, a Montclair dad and the vice principal of Boonton High School, died suddenly on Tuesday, Sept. 3, according to his obituary on the Moriarty Funeral Home website. He was 54 years old. A letter sent to the district by Boonton Public Schools Superintendent Thomas Valle said that staff learned of Forman's passing just after gathering to begin the new year. "Mr. Forman made significant impacts within Boonton Public Schools that will be lasting," Valle said in a statement shared with Daily Voice. Ohlendorf, a CrossFit athlete -- was certain she wouldn't win but earned 27 percent of votes (out of the 10 total law enforcement officers).
