A Maryland man and his dog escaped a massive early-morning fire thanks to a sharp-eared pup and a passerby who stopped to warn him the house was burning, investigators said. An early morning fire tore through a Maryland home, killing an 11-year-old child and leaving a family devastated, officials said. Parsonsburg resident Jonah Brook Cramer is facing multiple murder charges following a reported incident in Wicomico County overnight. State Police investigators have identified the driver who was killed in an early morning crash involving a tractor-trailer that left 16 others injured in Maryland.
